The room’s toilet was smelly when we checked in. The sink was clogged and clearly wasn’t properly cleaned. The stuff at the hotel was not well trained and not service oriented. I was barred from bringing my Sony A7CR camera to the hotel without giving proper explanation and no notice was publicly available regarding the prohibition of mirorless camera. The hotel is overwhelmingly Chinese. Bad service for such an expensive place.

酒店靠近海邊，景觀一流，靠近沙灘，酒店步行出去便可以到沙灘，非常方便！唯一不太理想，就是住客的質素有點低影響整個感受

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had! The breakfast food was not clean, with insects in the porridge and hair in the seasonings. You can see my live photos below! The service was poor, and the staff couldn’t speak English or Chinese! I asked for fried eggs cooked on both sides, but they couldn’t understand. What irritated me the most was a waitress named Iem Liheak—she snatched two bottles of yogurt from my hands that I had brought for my kids’ breakfast! She was very rude, with a fierce expression on her face! Her manager later came to apologize, but her attitude really annoyed me. How could such an expensive hotel hire such low-quality staff? Additionally, this is the only hotel I’ve stayed at where you have to pay for more than two bottles of mineral water in the room—and it’s just regular mineral water! Such a stingy hotel! The facilities and services don’t match the price at all. I really don’t recommend choosing this place!
